The choir will reserve the date you give us for one
month. We
will send a booking form for you to complete, sign and return with the
deposit. We will send you a signed contract showing what we are going
to do and book the choir subject to receiving the balence of the fee at
least one month before the date of the wedding. Only then is
the
choir booked.
